FNB CLUELESS ABOUT MONEYGRAM

I cannot begin to express the level of disappointment' Ive got for what I perceived to be the best bank. I went to FNB two weeks ago and last week to send money to China and the staff was so incompetent it is scary. The first time I went the staff was so incompetent and didn't even know what money gram which meant I left the bank without being helped.

Last weekend I went and two people had to assist each other to get the money to China now the money went through but the receiver can't get money because the tellers wrote down incorrect information.

It could be that this branch is a waste of resources but I don't see why I should suffer. for days.
