I went to reverse a debit order which was wrongly debited on the 2nd of august the same day the debit order was debited, I signed documents to reverse it then I was told 48 hours, nothing happened went back there on the 5th of august signed the same documents was told 24 hours they could not tell me why it wasn't returned the first time just pulling up there shoulders saying "I don know" as any government department. Still not sent back which means I am loosing R2800 because you or your system is incompetent, who is going to take responsibility for this loss, definitely not me. Awaiting your excuse.
