EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

Good day

RCS put through a debit order for R3159.15 instead of R435.00. I have been struggling for the past 4 hours trying to get my money refunded to me, with absolutely no success.

This mistake occurred on their side. I must wait 4 days, might even be longer. In the meantime I have no funds in my bank account for any other debit orders to go off. But they just say they can't help me.

They are very quick to take my money but they can't pay it back. I will keep record of all bank costs accrued to the unpaid debit orders coming back and I will put that to RCS to pay at the end of the month. These costs is not my responsibility, but the responsibility of RCS as they refuse to reverse the debit order or help me so that my bank can reverse the debit order.

Then I think it is only right that RCS pay for THEIR mistakes including interests, don't you agree???
