In the beginning of March this year we reported a leaking pipe. A plumber came to repair the leak within 1 day. In doing the repairs he broke the ceiling and water damaged the carpets. To date the ceiling is still not repaired, however a carpet company came to assess the damage on the 26th of July, 4 Months after the issue was reported. Needless to say that the carpet still has not been replaced.
It is not acceptable for claims to take so long to be resolved, where other insurance companies would have resolved this entire issue within a week.
