Wrong charges

I bought a car on the 27 December 2013 and its was financed with standard bank. The contract i signed with them was that they will take the 1st instalment debit order on the 27th of January 2014 but on the 6th i got an sms that they did debit order and they did one transaction 12 times until i have a mines into my account. On the 9th i went into the branch make a call to VAF people than they reverse the amount but the charges they have charge me for the bounce of transaction of R115 * 12 which is R1380 they didnt reverse it. When i called today they told me stories that they will still have to invistigate how possable can you do one transaction 12 times.i cant deal with this im taking my business into another bank its means im still gonner experiance more problems because of their neglegent and its Jauary i real need that money
