"We will NOT bend over backwards for you"

Hello Peter, this is the second time I am laying a complaint against Outsurance. What happened to their so called "we will bend over backwards for you". Not in my case. I had a small accident last year December, my car eventually went to the panelbeaters that Outsurance chose for repairs, after many follow ups and me having to go and see what is happening with my vehicle (in person), I was told that my car would be ready /-4 weeks ago. The panelbeater called me on Tuesday 29th Jan that after sending the car in for wheel alignment that there was another problem, all was ordered.

My husband called them last week and they advised that my car would be ready today as they received the other part. Now I am told that my car has another issue which surely they should of seen when they sent it in for the first wheel alignment. Outsurance chose this panelbeater, not me! Now they absolutely refuse to extend my car hire with Avis and I am currently left with a bill of R5500 to pay.

Surely Outsurance should chose panelbeaters who can assess damage at one given time so that all parts can be ordered and avoid unnecessary waiting and frustrated customers! Going onto month 3 without my car!
