My home was broken into and the insurance broker claims the insurance will not pay for my sisters contents. They claim to have a clause that does not cover her contents yet that clause does not appear on my policy. When I moved in with my sister I made them aware and yet they still did not highlight that clause to me. There are emails with communications to Charmaine Lloyd and they still do not want to recognise that they did not make me aware of the clause. Now Charmaine and Vanitha are not taking responsibility for their mistake. I feel this is the worse kind of treatment and behaviour from Barrington Insurance Brokers.
When I insured with them they did not even send an assessor to come through to the house and assess the house so that all can be in order.
