Long story short, i wanted to change the debit order date on my home loan, sent a letter to standard bank as instructed, that never worked, call the call centre spoke to three different people, who gave me three different stories, finally got Rita Chamberlain email the so called "Manager" sent her an e-mail on the 2 Aug to date no response. Pathetic. All i need is confirmation that the change of debit order date will not put my account arrears
