I would just like to say thank you to the personal loan consultant lady @ std bank southernwood!!! i always received excellent service when i visited the branch, ..she is always friendly and helpful. i went to the branch last month to change my debit order date and it was done in seconds, no questions asked, she just asked if there is anything else she cud help me with!! and the some month the debit order went off on the new debit order date... thank you!!...i am planing to change to std bank, my bank changed my debit order date then they debited my account on the old debit order & new debit order date!! and this month they debited my account yet agen on the old debit order date. i am still waitng for feedback, havnt received my refund yet.
