I am so extremely disappointed with the service at Nedbank Nicolway

I phoned and emailed Viwe, small business, on the 19th July. She promised to deal with my issues and get back to me. She managed to email me on the 23rd, however never responded to my response email.

I have tried phoning on numerous occasions and the staff are never available. I have left numerous messages and no one ever phones me back

Today I phoned and asked for Viwe, the receptionist told me she was out. When I asked for the name and contact number of complaint at head office, miraculously Viwe was in and was able to take the call. Needless to say that no manager was available either, according to reception they were all out.

I cannot believe that clients have to be dealt with like this and banks are able to charge as they feel fit.

When I asked why I had not been contacted I was told she is following protocol... when I asked if protocol was not replying to emails she finally apologised for not sending me an email in response. So basically that means she had completely forgotten about my original query and I had to phone to remind her. Shocking! And I pay for this!
