Double billing for TV licence by debit orde

I pay my TV licence by monthly debit order. This month two debit orders were taken off my account by mistake on 2nd September. On the same day another debit order of mine was returned due to insufficient funds and then Nedbank charged me R90 unpaid fee as well, so my account was now in arrears. I contacted the SABC and was told this refund would be rectified by 6th Sept, which it wasn't. On 10th Sept I got an embarrassing phone call from Nedbank to say that my account needed to be rectified. I contacted SABC again and was told that the credit would be done by 11th Sept, which it was, but I now wanted to claim the R90 fee from Nedbank as this was an error on SABC's part. I sent an email to Mrs Pretorius on 11th Sept, with no response, then a follow up email on 12th Sept, with no response. I then phoned her again and was told that the Manager was not in office and he would respond the following week. It is now 19th Sept and no-one has responded to me or answered my 3rd follow up email of today. SHOCKING SERVICE!
