ABSA doesn't respond on their emails support

I've got a problem with ABSA statements on our business banking account with them. I phoned the call-centre and was told that I'd only be able to get the problem resolved if I placed a request through their official support email.

I went ahead and emailed them (nearly 3 weeks ago), giving a full description of the problem that I'm having and asking for resolution, I got their automated response immediately but nothing further. I've tried following up with them again and was informed (not sure if it was an automatic email) that they're currently experiencing high email-volumes (5 days ago). Still, I've received no response to my original enquiry.

This is very frustrating, because the problem that I'm having with statements, I could not get resolved even at our local ABSA branch, so now I'm left with the impression that ABSA is useless at helping their clients with even basic enquiries and don't even bother trying to assist on their emails.

Very disappointing, I've dealt with all the major banks (Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, Standard) and none of them have been so frustrating to deal with, to get resolution on a problem.
