I WENT INTO THE BRANCH TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BUT WAITED FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I HAD TO E-MAIL FNB SMART DEVICE TO SETTLE AMOUNT SO THAT I COULD CLOSE MY ACCOUNT . THIS WAS ON THE 2/08 . THE MANGER ON DUTY ROMEENA WAS VERY RUDE TO ME . IN MY OPINION SHE HAS NO RELATION SHIP SKILLS AND I wonder HOW HOLD SUCH A POSITION WITH NO MANNERS OR BUSINESS ETIQUETTE . ANYWAY IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 DAYS AND FNB IS TAKING FOREVER TO RESOLVE MY QUERY . I WANT TO SETTLE ALL MONIES DUE AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT . THEIR LOGO OF "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU " SHOULD BE CHANGED TO HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU "
