I have registered online to become a shareholder of Assupol on Wed 2013/07/24 04:44 PM, I have provided all my documentation as per their request, Certified ID, 3 months bank statements, Tax certificate, proof of residence etc. Confirmation received that my details was received. Mail was opened by Genesys on Mon 2013/07/29 01:12 PM. Received a mail stating my banking details was updated on Mon 2013/07/29 01:41 PM from [Email Removed] "Thank for your correspondence with us. Your documents have been received and
your username and password will be sent to you as soon as your account is authorised.
Once we have verified your documentation we will SMS and/or email your shareholder number a password to you.

I called the call centre to follow up, sent mails just to receive another mail stating that my query will take 10 business days to resolve. This is truly not what I expected from Assupol.
All I require is a valid username and password to purchase shares, the time period lost to resolve this isse is costing me money since the share price inceas
