NO EMPATHY TOWARDS CLIENTS WHO ARE IN ARREARS

FNB HOMELOANS ARE THE WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, WHEN YOU ARE GOING THROUGH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.I APPLIED FOR DEBT REVIEW, BUT WHEN THE DEBT COUNCILLOR PUT THROUGH A PROPOSAL, THEY CAME BACK WITH RIDUCULOUS COUNTER OFFER, EITHER THE HOMELOAN BE REMOVED FROM THE DEBT REVIEW, BOTH MY EX-SPOUSE TO APPLY WITH ME FOR DEBT REVIEW, OR PAY UP.THE REASON CLIENTS APPLY FOR DEBT REVIEW IS THE LAST STRAW I WOULD TAKE TO GO UNDER DEBT REVIEW, MY EX HUSBAND IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, SO I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE IT UPON MYSELF TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT, THEY BLUNTLY REFUSE TO LET ME PAY A REDUCED INSTALMENT UNTIL MY FINANCES LOOKS BETTER, BEARING IN MIND THE NEW INSTALMENT WAS GOING TO BE ONLY R2300 LESS THAN THE NORMAL INSTALMENT, TO TOP THAT THEY WANT ME TO COME UP WITH 80% OF THE ARREARS, WHERE WOULD i GET THAT IF I'M GOING UNDER DEBT REVIEW. ALL MY OTHER CREDITORS ACCEPTED MY DEBT COUNCILLOR'S PROPOSAL, THEY ONLY TOO HAPPY TO BE RECEIVING A PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNTS, WHY CAN'T FNB DO THE SAME, I'M AT LEAST ATTEMPTING TO MAKE AN ARRANGEMENT AND TO IMPROVE MY FINANCIAL ISSUE. NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER, ESPECIALLY FROM THE CONSULTANT I CALLED ON 0113525544
