Hi

Early February i went to assupol head office in for confirmation about my shares payout
i was assisted by guy (solly knows his name) whereby he used something like a tablet where he would
take my ID number and put it in the system my information will be available how many shares i have, when the shares will be paid the date that guy gave me was 26/04/2013, because my wife works at assupol i asked her to find out what was happening, a lady called me that they don't have my banking details .how is that possible because for the last five years they debit from the same account??? the lady that called me shes not at fault she was trying to help. I took the matter up with the manager responsible Solly Rakgwala he was not helpful and i told him that they are incompetent because i waisted my time in the first place by going to your office ; he (Solly) had the nerve to call my wife to his office; my wife is only an assupol employee not a the policy holder im if he was not happy with what i said he MUST tell me not my wife i pay for the policy that's why i said his incompetent . my policy will be cancelled with immediate effect.
