I lost my phone and reported it. Within three days of reporting it, Kagiso Mashigo called me saying I should go to my nearest MTN store to collect my new phone. I was very blown away by this GOOD service. He even made follow up calls to find out if I had received my new device and if I was happy. Keep it up guys, I am a happy customer!
