Recently my Samsung Galaxy Tablet was out of my vehicle. Luckily I am insured through 24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance.
I lodged the insurance claim the next day. At first nothing happened, and I didn't hear much from anyone. I then made a phone call and got through to Mr. AmuKelani Bilankulu, who, via e-mail and numerous phone calls, managed to find a replacement device for me within one week, and arranged for me to collect it at my nearest MTN store.
