Dial Direct Insurance
Not happy with their service

I changed my insurance from Dial Direct to Budget insurance. They debited my account and then the next day I called them and they said they I must send my bank statement so that they can refund me. Today I decided to call them to check status of my refund request and they told that my statement is clear and they will send an SMS on the 12th of August to let me know when they will deposit my money.
