I just want to compliment Kagiso Mashigo for going extra mile, at first I was disappointed by the service I received from 24hours mobility especially after I was robbed and lost my cellphone, A consultant called me to let me know that my insurance claim was approved and I must go to one of the MTN to get a cellphone and my access was R300.00 and never mentioned to me that I need to pay Bateman 's fee of R500.00, I was so extremely disappointed when I get to Cresta and the MTN consultant told me that I have to pay R800.00's and they have not received any paper work from 24hours mobility
Well everything changed when I called the call center to complain and found a very nice consultant who knew his work very well and went beyond his duties to ensure that I get the service I derserve, He offered to help every step of the way, Kagiso Mashigo went very far to ensure that as a customers I was satisfied, he offered to source me a cellphone from his supplier with an access of R300.00 as they said before.
Big up to Kagiso Mashigo for doing an excellent Job and for ensuring that I receive my cellphone. Keep up the good work.
