I just contacted the Nedbank Call centre on 0860 555 111- after a million voice prompts/ options, coupled with some terrible elevator music, my call was answered and then dropped/ cut. NOT acceptable. So much for the super rehearsed " Welcome to Nedbank- to whom do I have the pleasure of speaking? " Really? I needed to obtain some info on an EFT transfer from the UK into my savings account and what was needed to facilitate this transfer. It's that simple- I have been banking with Nedbank for a million years and every time I interact with them, I am subjected to substandard service? - Please contact me urgently (No doubt a 3 day mandatory waiting period).
I should really just spare myself all the dramarama and poor service and speak to Steve at FNB.
