I was following up on my speed point application and i call 0113024800 only to have a very rude lady pick up first she dropped my call then i called back for her to tell me that Antoinnette Erasmus does not work there and she would transfer me to Emma, emma also could not assist me and told me to call back and tell them to transfer me to speed point sales, i did this and the same lady i spoke to 0113024800 tld me that she answered phone only in a very distasteful manner. Icalled the number she gave me to speak to Anntoinnette nd it just rings with no answer. I am very disappointed at Nedbank i would have never in a million years associated bad service with Nedbank i am extremely disappointed. And all i wanted was feedback on my application!!! 1
