Savvy Account - Hassle Free - se foet

Decided to optimise my banking and get a Nedbank Savvy Account. Salesperson said all debit orders would be transferred. Transfer department sends a form where i have to fill out all my debit orders, all details etc. Is this what is called transferring all my debit orders? - se foet.

Then they deliver the docs and card with UTI and i make arrangements to be at home in the 2 hr period. But they don't arrive on time until i call then they arrive 25 minutes late.

The docs say the card will be activated in 48 hrs or i can call to activate it sooner. I wait 3 days weekend. I log into internet banking but the new account does not appear. I call and the operator links the account for me. I check online to see that the account is there, it is, great. An hour later i decide i would like to transfer some money to that account and get a error saying the account is frozen.?

Call Nedbank, get told the FICA docs not processed and they transfer me to FICA. Supposed FICA (Norma Mngagi) depart. says the problem is with internet banking and will transfer me. I lost it.

Exactly what part of this process is Hassle Free Mr Graeme Holmes (or should i call you Steve)?
