Salesman Nicolas Lee sells policies and broken promises because once you sign on the dotted line and the debit orders for your premium start going off your account forget about getting in touch with him or him responding to any messages. And shame on Altrisk for not checking up on their clients when the salesman moves over to another company. Delayed and sometimes no response at all cost me money and all the calls I had to keep making - I'm cancelling all policies. DO NOT CALL ME TO CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE.
