We sent our client's tax number to Liberty, for her withdrawal, on 14/09/2012. Liberty then asked for the tax number on 03/10/2012 and we gave it to them a second time. Liberty call centre then forwarded the number with "please process urgently". We followed up on 18/10/2012. On 14/11/2012 Liberty said a tax number had been applied for. At this time, I registered a formal complaint, asking why it took from 14/09/2012 to 14/11/2012 to press the button to apply for the tax directive. No response. I assume my client still has not been paid, as we have received no confirmation of payment. I am tired of getting no response from Liberty.
