Again, the 2nd time in 1 year where FNB is proven that they are not all they claim to be!
After 5 months of trying to sort out an issue with the consultant, from us being nice and understanding to pleading, we have decided to report this issue to the FNB complaints department.
We tried calling the complaints department (number displayed on their website) serveral times and no answer. We eventually sent an email to [Email Removed] (as displayed on the website) and it's 24 hours later and still no feedback or reference number or even a stupid little reply to say they have received the complaint
Has FNB gone too big to care? I'm convinced they won't care either if I take my business somewhere else?!
Please be assured that I will voice my anger and disgust with FNB on every social media platform that I can get access to!!!
