Very Bad Attitude and calls a client lazy

Long Story Short. My father passed on some years ago. It was later on discovered that he held some old policies which the family needs to claim. Because he passed on about 5 years ago, SARS de-activated his tax number. Pat Le Roux is the lady dealing with the submission of the information to Liberty. Liberty came back saying the tax directive has been declined by SARS. Absa Trust, the executor, confirmed that they have contacted SARS who said the tax number was active. They also provided Liberty with the contact details of the person at SARS who confirms that the tax number is active. According to Pat, Liberty does not deal with SARS and the family has to sort this out. I asked her to sort this out with Liberty as she works for Liberty. She said she does not work for liberty (even though she communicates with a Liberty e-mail address). Then she goes on to say that I'm too lazy to sort out my own problem.

This person is rude and have no sense of how to be pro-active on a client's behalf
