I would like to cancel a policy with Liberty for a minor. My first dealing regarding this was on the 24th of April. Since then I have been sent left and right but have had no response from Liberty to resolve my issues. The generic email and call centre number is like a deep black hole where you get passed from one person to the next and then cut off and then you need to start the whole process again. I have now struggled to get MY money out of them for THREE months. What more can I do?
