Good day! i received a call from a lady by the name of Cynthia, she works for Mi Way, we spoke well on the phone about my insurance premium and just after i gave her my banking details she told me she will transfer my call to the cancellation department to help me cancel my current insurance with King Price. The cancellation department then called me to confirm my premium it was different from the one i agreed with Cynthia on the phone, they said i was gonna pay R580 but Cynnthia said its going to be R498.
i think i would like Mi way to cancel my insurance asap.248
