Just let me cancel

Good day,
I called your contact centre on Monday 18 Feb and had to leave a message. I called again on Tuesday and again left a message to have someone call me back regarding cancelling my policy. I received a call from a lady who asked my reasons and I stated them. She then asked to call me back. When she called back she again tried to change my mind and I told her to just cancel my policy and email confirmation. She did not do this. I then emailed the customer care to request that confirmation of cancellation be sent to me and again NOTHING. Please cancel my policy effective 28 February and refund the amount you debited for next month.

I do not want to have to go to someone higher than the provider.
