After experiencing the 5th machine that would not take new notes I complained to one of the floor ladies who informed me that there are many machine that have not been upgraded yet and that I must go to the cashiers to swap the note for old notes. Easily said but when you go to the cashiers they inform you that they are only allowed to swap one note per transaction. Least to say, ... I went home. machines don't take new currency notes and Grand West not willing to help out customers... what else can one do? They did in all fairness offer to deposit all my money on my card in on transaction but I do not want to put all my money on one card.
