Still waiting for feedback

I tried to withdraw R300 from an ATM at westgate mall (capitec) and my card was swallowed by the machine.
I recived an sms on my phone that the money was debited on my account of which I did not get.
I went inside the branch and was helped by a consultant by the name " duke". I filled a dispute form and was promised to get feeback within 48hours. I have never had anything from them to date. I need my money, please help.
