Can i be helped

I blocked my card at the atm on Saturday the 3rd of Aug. Went to the nearest fnb branch in Kempton park (festival mall) on Sunday, where I was assisted to re-activate my card (cheque account). The person who assisted me advised that he will be deactivating my savings card as it was no longer in use. I received an sms on the same day confirming that my savings card was deactivated. Three days later I receive an sms informing me that my cheque card has been deactivated... I called the call centre and was advised that they cannot see/explain why my card is deactivated. can someone please let me know what is going on
