My card was deactivated from me forgetting my pin code and when I phoned and explained I was overseas so I couldn't come into a branch they just said sorry we can't help you. So now I cant even transfer money out of my account because it requires my card and pin number. I am stuck overseas without access to my money and no one on the call centres is willing to help me. This is ridiculous that they can't find a way to try and help me.
