Wrong card

I got a call from standard bank and they advised that I upgrade my gold card cheque account to a prestige titanium account and because I thought the offer was good I agreed and signed the upgrade form..I was informed that they will only upgrade my cheque card and not my credit card which I agreed and was sent an sms to go collect my card@chatsworth which I did on da 31st of July to my surprise as I was busy signing the necessary documents to activate the card I realised that I have a credit card instead of a cheque card and I told the person who was helping me that I don't want the card and I won't take it so he said he'll deactivated the card and he cut itIn front of me..I emailed the lady that was doing all the application informing her as to what happened and she didn't respond I phoned the card division regarding this and I was informed that they upgraded my credit card not my cheque account, if standard bank is used to ripping off its customers/wanting its customers to be in debt then it was a bad move to try it with me, I want you to sort out this ASAP if you still want my business and stop waisting my time.n
