I am upset! If this is how a financial advisor from Sanlam acts, then I want all to do with this company and hope that they fail.

Gareth Knight's secretary contacted me via the phone initially, to setup a meeting with a Financial Advisor from Sanlam, Mr Gareth Knight. After arriving to the first meeting, making big promises of putting together package and working with me going forward. I gave him all my important personal details that he needed, and he left.

After I arrived at our second meeting point (planned a week in advance). I phoned Gareth Knight to hear that he was at home, and would "setup a new meeting with me the next day". The email never came. I emailed about a week later to ask what was happening... To which I have not received any response at all.

I blame Sanlam for hiring unprofessional individuals like Gareth Knight, who obviously do not care about following up or about their potential clients.
