No action taken for 5 days

Went to Rivonia bank to stop an insurance debit order of about R1980 and was advised that it was stopped in July 2013. On the 1st of August the same debit order went through from my account and went to reverse it on the 2nd of August 2013 and the lady said it has been reversed and that it will take up to 2 working days. It is the 5th day today and i still have not heard anything from you guys.

Called the call centre this morning and call got cut. Need this sorted out today - 06/08/2013 urgently
