Incorrect Billing

We upgraded to a higher account on 21 May 2013. The original debit order for the accounts used to go off on the 30th of each month. We then waited till 2nd or 3rd of June before we changed the date of the debit order to go off on the 7th of each month. We were told that we needed 30 days for the account to reflect which left enough time for the debit order to go off on the 7th. Then all of a sudden the debit orders doesn't go off, we are toll we have to pay R588 for the account that went off on the 30th already and that the next bill will be R985 that will go off on 7 August 2013. We called NUMEROUS times and even went to a MTN stoer to make sure what the amount will be that will be deducted on 7 August 2103. We paid R600 into your Absa account on 3 July 2013. Today (7Aug) we get told the debit order didn't go off because we owe something like R1900!!! I want to know where the this amount is coming from and who is responsible for giving us the incorrect information and not doing their jobs properly??? As the 30 days waiting period for the bank to changed now all of a sudden changed to 42 days??? I would like to cancel this account as this is ridiculous!!! We are on a topup!
