I am a Absa customer and never used African Bank my entire life, but on the 5th of August 2011 I was notified by Absa that R1080 was billed from my account for a R24000 loan I made at African Bank. I immediately went to the Tzaneen African Bank branch to ask what is going on and I was told the loan comes from the African Bank branch in Mankweng which is far from where i reside. Since then R1800 is billed from my account monthly and i reverse it every month. Because of this I cannot get loans approved at my bank. The initial R1080 was not returned. I feel the manager at the Tzaneen branch is not doing enough to fix this activity which has dragged for over a year now. I don't have enough money to consult lawyers. I plea with you to take a look at my problem as soon as possible because this is damaging my name with creditors the longer it drags.
