They say ask why, I dare you to try!

Below is a detailed list of what Capitec has done in my particular case:

1. Capitec tried double debiting twice even though I had given my correct info
2. Spelt my name incorrectly on my acc, in doing so being the direct cause of alternative credit being declined resulting in a negative effect on my credit score.
3. After being told I could reapply after three months I am penalised due to the error on the Capitec system affecting my credit score.
4. When applying I was told Finance 27 was causing the decline, I have no dealings with this company. The company itself even sent details confirming this, then going back in I am told sorry, it is also the declined applications - which were Capitec's fault due to my name spelling. I brought that to the att of Capitec, then I am told that it was due to a wonga acc from before I had joined Capitec not showing on my credit score, which was a complete as I had to bring in a letter stating that the acc was paid up & closed.
5. I am told we won't help you wait another three months to apply again. I have paid my acc on time every month, no unpaids, my salary is pd into my acc, affordability is not a problem. what else are they wanting???
