I previously logged a complaint about my debit order going off early every month. I was informed that it is not possible to change the debit date and that it would not affect my credit score. Even though my debit goes off early and pushes my account into the negative.
This was an absolute from Capitec. The voice recording should still exist. I was informed by my bank this morning that it does affect my credit score. This is very pathetic from Capitec.
You will change the debit order date for me or:
- I will go to the NCR
- Legal action.
This is affecting personal well being, which is illegal. You are maliciously affecting my credit score and blaming it on a IT system. I will not allow this to continue.
Either change the debit or cancel the debit.
