Terriible terrible service, absolutely appauling

I made arrangements to-fetch my sister from Durban North on the 02/08 as I live in pinetown and she is in desperate need of a loan and only finishes work @ 4:PM and has to cover the capitec offices in town for a loan before closing time of 5:PM.we arrived @ the offices in westreet with all the necessary documentation, The lady that attended to us referred us to her colleague Zamani who was suppose to confirm employment the next day and complete the rest of the application. The next day 03/08 Zamani phoned my sister and informed her that her application had been approved, later that day a lady by the name of Zama phoned my sister to inform her that the only thing that was short was for the bank to create employer and they needed her payslip because there was an error with the one she initially submitted. I then had to drive to the branch again, when she phoned the branch for an update this morning and spoke to Jamaine, nothing had been done because zamani is absent, I drove her to the bank again today only to get an appalling attitude from the manager and be told to start the application from scratch, forcing us to approach another bank. The sad thing is my sister banks with Capitec.
