DISAPPOINTING SERVICE PROVIDED TO A NEW CLIENT

I took out my loan & changed my bank to Capitec, I ensured my salary be paid into my Capitec acc. This was done the day I signed, so it was not a case of me having done it later & not informing them. For the first 2 months they tried to debit the pmt from both the old acc as well as the Capitec acc. I advised my branch the first month it happened & was told it was rectified, then it happened the next month. I was told I was not being seen as a bank member due to some new ruling that had not been conveyed to consultants. My prev bank has charged for these unpaids, & this gives me a negative credit rating. This is not fair, this was not my error!

The first amt was granted to me at 13 months, I was advised after 3 months I cld apply again & may be eligible for a higher amt over a longer period. So my acc has run over 3 months, everything is paid, other than the above. I applied online, I want to cons my existing loan & get a car. The site says an agent will phone. Nearly a week after applying, I get an sms this morning saying your application was unsuc ref: 9098648. Nobody has contacted me, I would appreciate somebody getting back to me to advise why. I cannot accept poor service!
