Felt my bank did not treat me well

1. I am a Titanium (Prestige) card holder and i asked for a simple 'favour', to get my degree certified, but MY BANK told me that they only certify IDs and passports. Well, fair enough, i thought. then i crossed over to the 4ways mall, and asked where i could certify, only to be told at FNB (First National Bank). And within seconds, my certificate was certified yet i am not even an FNB account holder.
2. I have been to the bank on 3 different occasions just to change my address, and i have been told to join the queue, because that is done by consultants, well i only have my lunch time to do all this, and again, as a 'Prestige' customer i was expecting them to roll out the red carpet.(.. well literally).
3. I find it very annoying at best and usually inconveniencing that a SB to SB transfer takes at least overnight to go through (for the 1st transaction). and in this day, i would like to purchase on gumtree via transfer, and often i have to wait, wondering if the seller will disappear before getting my stuf
other than that my experience had been ok, no problems whatsoever, but i think i will 'downgrade' to a normal cheque acc for starters, and considering a move to FNB, just weighin
