Taking a look through my bank account statements it came as quite a surprise to find that I had been charged for asking for print-outs of bank statements without being informed by the teller at the time that I would be charged for all printing. Just my credit card print-outs cost me over R76 which is ludicrous considering you gave me three copies of a ONE PAGE print-out. At NO point did I sign any document authorising such payments to be debited from my accounts!
In future, it would be HIGHLY recommended to inform customers of pending charges for this service as NOWHERE in branch does it stipulate that this cost will be applied. I would have happily printed the statements at home should I have known about these ridiculously overpriced charges on printing in a branch!
Perhaps it time for me to look in to changing to a bank that offers transparency on all charges.
