For months and months we've had to listen to FNB claim loudly and proudly that they have superior service and that what they offer is so much better than any of their competitors. If that's the case, we're all in trouble. Because, all I've been hearing from them lately is, "I don't know" and, "I'm sorry, I can't help you." Even though they're supposed to be the only ones who can. An incorrect debit order was set up on my account from a vendor I've never even heard of. The first time I went into the branch to rectify the situation, FNB assured me that they would pay back the money that was taken and that it wouldn't happen again. One month later, it's happened again. And I'm still waiting for my money. When I phone to try to find out what's going on, they send me through a maze of "customer care" personnel (on a call I'm paying for) that yields no results and ends with someone again saying, "I'm sorry, I can't help you, maybe you should visit a branch." Thanks FNB, once again your service falls way short of any of your elaborate promises.
