I signed up a new Short Term Insurance Policy with Discovery Insure as of the 01/07/2013. On the 01/07/2013 Discovery Insure sent out a technician to install a DQ Track in both my vehicles. Instalation took 2 hours each and I was told that the tracking devises were active and fully operational. I tested the devices on numerous occasions and they are NOT operational. I call the DQ Track call centre on 0860751751 and was told to please email them the installation certificates which I did twice and up to date the have not got back to me. The service stinks!!! if my vehicle were to be I will not get it back due to the tracking device not being operational. I spoke to Simon Farisane from the call centre and was told that the divice would be operational 24 hours after installation, it is now more then 24 hours later and still nothing. Discovery Insure was to also forward proof of installation to C Track in order to council my previous contract with CTrack which also has not been done. My C Track device was removed by the DQ Track installer. This is not the service that was agreed on between myself and Discovery Insure. I find this unacceptable!!!
