I have been a customer of FNB from 1996 and never had a problem until i needed them first they wouldn't finance my vehicle but all the other banks approved me then i applied for a homeloan and they wouldn't even look at it although i have been paying my homeloan with them for the past eight years. The excuse was that i had rd's on my account for the previous 6 months and they can't help me they wouldn't even listen to the reason why there were the rd's.
This morning i get a sms a debit order went off my account knowing that there is not money to service the debit order because it went of on the wrong date i immediately transferred money into the account and 3 hours later i get another sms saying that the transaction has failed WHY there is enough money in the account???
They are doing everything possible to get new customers but if you are an existing one you will know you made the wrong choice.
