It is now 03:30 on a Sunday morning and I am at hospital with my 3 year old daughter whom has a fever of 41 degrees. Absa closed my bank account and did not even have the decency, being the type of bank they are, to call me and telling me that I will be closing your bank account. Not as much as a single call, or email or notice even though they deduct their money every month. How can they just do this although I must admit that they are known for this type of behaviour towards their clients. If something were to happen to my daughter, I will hold absa responsible for this. How can you operate this way - I will ensure that I tell this to everyone I see - you have such a bad attitude towards clients and you will be responsible for whatever happens to my daughter now.
