No response from Homeloans!!

I received a Homeowners insurance policy renewal letter in the post and contacted the number on the letter as we don't have homeowners insurance with Nedbank and was told to send an email to [Email Removed] which i duly did on Monday, 29 July and twice subsequently and have had absolutely no response! Called the Call Centre again on Friday only to be told the homeowners insurance department closes at 4:00!!!
I am annoyed that I have been charged for something I never requested, wanted or signed for and the fact that nobody responded to 3 emaIls! Not even an acknowledgement of receipt!
Please can you contact me first thing tomorrow!!!
